Shipping & Returns


For all orders we ship with Fastway Couriers at a flat rate €6.00 for up to 30kg.

We aim to despatch all orders received through our website within a 5 working day period once the order is received. This may increase during busy periods. Once an order has been received an automated email order confirmation will be sent to email address provided confirming the order.


We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will happily accept returns within 14 days after purchase. If you wish to return non-faulty items they must be in an unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging. Please include a note giving full details of defect. Post and packaging are non refundable except were damaged/faulty items are being returned.

We pack and double check all our orders with great care before they leave us to help ensure customer satisfaction, however, in the case that your order has arrived damaged/faulty you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving it. When goods are damaged/faulty you are entitled to a full refund/replacement. A refund can also be arranged for postage charges for returning goods that are damaged/faulty, this will only be with proof of postage. Once your return has arrived and has been inspected we will email you to notify you that your returned item has been received. We cannot accept responsibility for returned orders lost in transit.
